What Is Portfolio Lending?

A portfolio landlord is a borrower with four or more distinct mortgaged Buy to Let UK rental properties. Following changes to mortgage legislation in 2017, these landlords face a more more stringent financial assessment, and there is now a restricted panel of lenders who fund portfolios.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
